Construction Project Manager/Business Devopment Manager | Asheville, NC

Elevation Consulting Solution is hiring an in-person Construction Project Manager / Business Development Manager to lead construction, installation, and facility improvement projects in Asheville, NC.This position also requires extensive busisness development experience and involvement.

What You Will Do:

• Lead projects from planning and estimating through installation, closeout, and client support, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Review blueprints, specifications, engineering documents, and site conditions to plan and coordinate project execution.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, materials, fabrication, installation, inspections, and project documentation.
• This position requires the applicant to lead the Business Development direction of the company..

What You Bring:

• Construction or project management experience in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, estimates, and technical drawings.
• Strong skills in budgeting, estimating, procurement, scheduling, jobsite safety, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of construction operations.
• Professional communication skills and sound judgment when resolving project issues.
• A stong desire to grow the company through business development.
• Knowledge of the Western North Carolina and South Carolina Upstate construction markets.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with commercial, multi family,historical renovation ,high end residential or facility improvement projects.
• OSHA certification, engineering exposure, inspection experience, or quality control knowledge.
• Experience coordinating distribution, vendor relationships, and field installation teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time, in-person position in Asheville, NC.
• Annual salary of $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k); vacation leave, sick leave, and holiday pay.
