In the automation field, it is represented by Bucci Automations S.p.A., with the brands Iemca, Giuliani, Sinteco, Vire, and Zeta, while Bucci Composites S.p.A. designs and manufactures components made of advanced composite materials.

For Bucci Industries USA , we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to support our IEMCA customers across the continental USA, with a primary focus on the Midwest area .

THE ROLE

In this role, you will play a key role in representing Bucci Industries on the road, building strong long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding manufacturing clients toward the best technical solutions for their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development & Account Acquisition: Proactively target, contact, and acquire new customers as a primary focus.
\n
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers through regular on-site customer visits and technical consultations.
\n
• Sales Execution & Strategy: Implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets, grow profit margins, and boost brand reputation.
\n
• Technical Solution Advisory: Present IEMCA products portfolio, guide clients to optimal solutions, and highlight performance advantages over competitors.
\n
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Leverage Salesforce CRM to diligently manage leads, pipeline opportunities, forecasting, and visit planning.
\n
• Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at trade shows, open houses, and industry events to generate new business leads and elevate company visibility.
\n
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal departments to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and support.
\n

Requirements & Qualifications

\n
• Solid sales experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Precision Equipment, or Machine Tools.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic, IT, or Management Engineering) is strongly preferred.
\n
• Ability to work with CRM platforms and modern digital productivity tools.
\n
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory to visit prospects and clients daily on the road.
\n
• Strong negotiation abilities.
\n
• Excellent active listening and collaborative skills.
\n
• Driven by goal achievement and passion for industry innovation.
