We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference in our clients' lives.Schedule/Pay:Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm or until finished (NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)W2 commission for each home servicedTIPSWeekly Bonus OpportunityResponsibilities:Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home.Follow company protocols for cleaning products and equipment usage.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in cleaning procedures.Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
