Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and attributes for success:Supervising other staff members in support of the Records Information Manager VProvides technical support for records management programs, dockets, records center, or other information service under the supervision of a Records Information Manager V.May assist in planning and program development, analysis of records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management problems, and design of strategies to meet ongoing records or docket management needs.Specific technical duties may vary according to the needs of the work site and include, but are not limited to, response to inquiries; collection maintenance and retrieval tasks; metadata review and input; equipment maintenance; and use of automated information systems, such as the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS).This position supports RIM Education and/or ExperienceQualifications:At Level IV, the personnel must have at least seven (7) years of records management experience.Experience with at least one automated information system is required.A college degree is preferred but not required.Our Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
