Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable QC Machine Operator to join our team. The QC Machine Operator is responsible for operating inspection and testing equipment, monitoring product quality, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications. work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Operate QC inspection, measurement, and testing equipment safely and accurately.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks and document inspection results accurately.
- Identify, record, and report defects, deviations, or non-conforming products.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards.
- Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors or maintenance personnel of equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues.
- Communicate quality concerns promptly to QC and production teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
